| The eyes of Gorbachev form the foundation of this collage of eyes. He is at the centre, the eyes of the soul of a new world order. Gorbachev’s eyes are surrounded by a constellation of stars, some famous others anonymous who have lived during the post world war era. Many are French including President François Mitterrand and others are legend of their art, such as the incomparable actor Marlon Brando. The collage captures the eyes of a Marlon Brando as a young boy and later at the height of his successful career. Both sets of eyes remain remarkably the same. |
